Our company specializes in installing architectural metal fittings at construction sites.
We work on office buildings, commercial facilities, public facilities, apartments, and more.
We install handrails, stairs, fences, panels, door frames, and other metal fittings,
playing an important role in improving building safety and design.

Specific Job Duties

・Installation of metal fittings at construction sites
(handrails, stairs, fences, etc.)

・Checking and transporting materials
based on design and construction drawings

・Processing, adjusting, and installing various metal parts

・Finishing work and quality checks after installation

・Welding, bolt fastening, and other tasks as needed

Salary

Unexperienced Workers: ¥11,000 or more per day

Experienced Workers: ¥13,000 or more per day

Pay raises available anytime
(based on skills, not age or years of service)

in Their 20s 】
January 2025: ¥430,080

February 2025: ¥418,429
March 2025: ¥491,032

Even in their 20s, some employees earn over ¥400,000 per month!

Overtime Allowance (after 5:00 PM): +25%

Night Shift Allowance: +25%

Sunday Work Allowance: +35%

Housing Allowance: ¥10,000 / month

Commuting Allowance: ¥5,000 / month

Work Location ・Work Hours

【Work Location 】
Construction sites throughout the Kanto area

Direct travel to and from the site is possible depending on the location and situation.

Some short-term business trips may be required,

but per diem allowances and lodging expenses are covered,

so you can work with peace of mind.

Because meals are covered during business trips,
this is also recommended for those who want to earn more.

【Work Hours 】
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary depending on site)
【Break Time 】
Total: 2 hours
(10:00–10:30 / 12:00–13:00 / 15:00–15:30)
